Generic Fantasy - [5/7]

Here's Leon's ref. It's not a rough sketch but they're ideas.

 

Thorston looks like this (except the cape is blue or gray instead of red, and his sword is a rapier glowing slightly bright blue) combined with my profile picture.

If it comes out terrible then I'll make it a meme version.

 

It's okay. My work isn't good, either. Although, I can do decent comic book-style characters, reminiscent of the webcomic The Order of the Stick.

 

The cultists are much more subdued now, but are still a presence. Townspeople are walking by with hints of apprehension and resignation. The weapons shop is a building chock-full of items, large and small, perfect for the murder of lifeforms. The man running the weapons shop is young, but already has numerous scars over his body and a hardened look.

It appears your room went undisturbed last night.

I have a (terrible) rendition of the valley that I've whipped up in Inkarnate, actually. I can send you that if you want.

 

Lazarus: "Perhaps I will check the tower to ensure that all is solved. The robe I took yesterday could help me conceal myself for espionage."

 

I approach the shopkeeper.

Leon: "Greetings being, do you happen to have any shields in stock?"

 

I leave my room and check out verious shops in town.

And yeah send me thoose files.

I went to Bloodbath and Beyond Weaponworks and said what I initially said ^^

 

Shopkeeper: "Shields? I think I have some in the back. What kind of shield do you wanna purchase?"

Vesuia: "Well. it appears my business is done here. If anybody was left on the tower that was not us, we would have been attacked in the night. Either way, I have a part-time contract up in Kynara to apprentice somebody that I have to leave for soon. Only reason I took this detour off the main road was because of some... suggestions from a... person I know. I do hope your investigation goes well, angel, and I would hop our paths cross again soon enough."

 

Leon: "A shield big enough to protect 75% of my armor or more. I doubt you have such a large shield but it wouldn't hurt to make sure, would it?"

 

Shopkeeper: "I have some tower shields and a resizing spell. You would have no idea how much I need resizing spells. Any desires on how it looks?"

 

Leon: "I will accept it. As long as the shield is strong material, I have no cosmetic desires. How much will it be, being?"

 

Shopkeeper: "30 Gold Coins. 40, if you want me to polish it up. "

 

I hand the shopkeeper 40 gold coins.

Leon: "Your efforts are beneficial."

Shopkeeper: "Will that be all?"

(to himself) "If only he knew how much of an impact he has made to the salvation of this city."
