Ok so if you rolled 11 on the attack you add +4(perficancy and dex mod) to it making it 15 which hits and for the damage you roled 5 you add +2 to the damage making it 7

 

Then, that hits for 7 damage. The arrow hits him in the chest, and he almost collapses.

He runs away.
