I think you should do horizons more often. Your really desaturated palettes benefit from compositions like that, since horizons always look more greyish because fog becomes more apparent with objects that are more distant, and since your palettes are greyish that this composition does capture the depth of the landscape. Another thing that captures how vast the landscape is are your white points and black points. The further areas are desaturated without too much black, making it look foggy, and the nearer areas are darker, as well as slightly, just slightly, more saturated. The reason why nearer objects should be more saturated than the further objects, its to represent the clarity of the object.

So, with that said, I think the nearer areas could benefit of being more saturated, and that's the only thing I'd suggest you check out. You could use a software like photoshop and edit the artwork to see how would that look.

I would like to rent an apartment over this ravine with ocean river views and a nice kitchen. Open floor plan would be nice too.
