Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Sivius approaches them, gently bumping into them.

There's one nearby.

 

They turn around, and...they sort of look like Stephanie?

Stephanie?'s eyes appear to be filled violet like a Shadow's, glowing. Her hair appears to be completely purple, her hood keeping it from gently flying outwards.

"May I help you?" Stephanie? asks, her voice seeming to penetrate Sivius' mind.

 

"Where's Temporus?" He asks bluntly, mostly telepathically.

 

Stephanie? points to the DJ's booth, a glittering line appearing to guide Sivius through the crowds.

 

He makes a beeline for the DJ's booth, nodding at Stephanie?.

 

Once Sivius reaches the DJ's booth, he finds it shielded, a god in red clothing and party glasses inside, controlling the music.

 

He looks for a way to get the DJ's attention.

 

There don't appear to be many apart from waving his arms about, though someone who looks exactly like the DJ, though in a black suit with a red tie seems to have appeared next to him.

"Come with me, it shall be easier to talk once we're away from this music." The god says, motioning for Sivius to follow him.

 

He nods, following them as he checks his weapons.

 

Sivius seems to have all the weapons he brought with him.

The god leads Sivius through a door, seeming to lead into a meeting room of sorts. As soon as Sivius enters however, the music from outside goes silent.

"I'm glad you decided to finally seek me out." The god says, taking a seat in one of the chairs.

 

"The blades willed it, and I complied. Mind you, I still don't understand why I should speak with you. You don't concern me like the others."

 

"True, I do serve you little threat, especially due to your temporal properties." The god says, taking out a metal key with an odd green aura and picking up a pen from the table in the room. The god throws both into the air, before closing his hand. The pen freezes in the air, while the key falls straight down, unaffected.

 

"For one, why would you fear me? If I ran you through with my blades, I would destroy this peaceful reality. They do not stand for such atrocities."

 

"For the reason I have lesser control over what you do, though killing me would not destroy this reality. You may be immune to the effects of time manipulation, and your blades may be, though I currently am not, and so harm you could do to me is reversible," The god says, "Would you care for a demonstration how?"

 

"I don't care. They didn't call me here for a demonstration on how you can recover from a strike."

 

"Tell me, did you see any clones of your friends out there? In the crowds?" The god asks.

 

"Yes."

 

"That is why you're a problem. Ordinarily, if someone were to try to kill someone else from another timeline, they'd simply fail and probably get kicked out; any harm done to the victim would be undone as soon as they leave. However, you're different. Since you're locked to your own timeline, and have a nullifying effect on time magic surrounding it, you're able to affect the timelines of others here. If you were to kill a version your girlfriend here, she'd be dead on her own timeline, which causes a lot of problems for me," The god explains, "You don't need to wear that bracelet by the way. As I said, you're locked to your own timeline, you don't need to be synced with it."

 

"Maybe I could leave some sort of message behind. Like Sgavrinn."
He gets on the ground and draws and arrow pointing at the cave.

 

The bracelet vanishes.
"I know. So... why did your bouncer allow me to enter? You practically gave me dominion to screw up your job harder than law enforcement would normally bust a party this size."

An hour later, Anne still hasn't shown up.
