So I was cleaning out some drawers and found last year's spookyday costume.

So I was reading the credits comments, there was an argument if karkat would die first of old age, and I have a question. After beating sburb, can non-god tiers even die of old age? I tried googling but couldn't really find anything.

 

Well, yeah. Just because you beat Sburb doesn't make you immortal. If you don't god-tier, you don't get conditional immortality, which means you're still bound to growing and dying of age.

 

The thing with that is, trolls still get long lifespans, so they still live for a very long time, but just not forever.

And I don't wanna get into the lifespan of cherubs and carapacians or consorts, because that just seems weird.

 

iirc its been theorized somewhere that Karkat is a mutant, with candy red colored blood, but is really a lime blood or something like that. So, he'd still be the first to die of old age anyways, which is kind of depressing to think about. Everyone who has god-tiered will see their friend or partner die and proceed to basically live forever.
We'll probably never see this happen though, I doubt the epilogue will go that far.

This brings up other thoughts, though. When a player dies in the new world, do they go back to the dream bubbles (assuming they haven't all been destroyed by the black (green) hole)?

 

well, it looks like the black hole from the green sun destroyed all the dream bubbles, since it shows paradox space as just a void where everything is getting sucked in. and since they're out of the incipisphere, i doubt that they would go to dream bubbles anyways

 

I went on another information hunt regarding Hiveswap's Linux support, since Hiveswap released over three weeks ago at this point with Linux's release support at WhatPumpkin's "#1 Priority". I found a few things that I believe hint to development of a Linux release hopefully soon.
I'll be happy if they can get it out within a month of it's original release.
