Playstyle: Using that rare earth-thunder bow, I forgot it's name but it has up to 4/4s mana steal. I'll look it's name up when I have time. I'll adapt my playstyle to what build you make with it, gl.
Specific elements: earth/thunder ofc
Budget: I N F I N I T E

PvE & PvB (PvBoss)

I got boreal-patterned and hephaestus-forged, and I can get any LI item I might need.

 

Build Type/Category: General PvE

Class: Archer
Special IDs: High Intel, Medium Mana Regen (~9/4s), Good Spell Damage (essentially a spell spam build)
Elements Used: Anything except Fire and Thunder (The Orange Wybel/Cybel is resistant to those elements),
Armor: Blue Mask, Millennium, Vaward, Capricorn
Accessories: Moon Pool x2, Diamond Hydro Bracelet, Diamond Hydro Necklace
Weapon(s): Packet (Favored Elements: Water and Air) (Special Properties: 100% Exploding ID, great for taking out large groups of enemies, making it a fairly good endgame weapon and can solo most bosses, but is rendered useless on Qira)
Budget (Items): 8 Antikythera Chips, 4 Diamond LI Tokens
Budget (Money) No trades required, I found the armor on my own
Used at Level 100

Main Usage: Player vs. Enemies/Environment (PvE), Player vs. Bosses (PvB)

Spells with high damage outputs with a mild tankiness
Earth, or thunder, or to an extent, fire. I'm looking for good guild war material
Budget: Probably half a stack if I don't revamp my shop and do business for LE
PvE and guild wars

Level : Below level 95 please but items that are level 96 are ok aswell
Budget : No hive items and keep in mind I only have 30LE

We have been working on it a little, but there is the fundamental issue that pure is just bad. @Gigavern go talk about boosts and stuff

Working on it, though it will be highly niche at endgame

tl;dr is that you cant really boost pures dmg with %spell so the only thing that would manage to break through pures dmg cap would be raw spell but in a way thats a waste xD
