Wynn Excavation Sites

    So i did Wynn Excavation Site A a while back, I had thrown out the Yellow Crystal Shard and now I can't start Wynn Excavation Site B without it.. I went back through the Wynn Site A to try to get another but you can't get the shard, only the crystal itself. Is there anyway I can salvage this quest chain or be able to redo it to complete it?
