Best Class For Pve

Hi,

I know the question is very ask but i didn't find real answer. What is the best class for PVE and farm in solo? Is it the warrior (with lifesteal) or the mage with his heal?

 

Ironically it is the Assassin with its great PvE set. It can deal a lot of damage to mobs and entities even though the weapons aren't super crazy, they get the job done very well. But if you want movement, I recommend Archer, if you want to last long periods, personally I would choose Warrior. If you want to play the game with little to no worry, then use Mage.

 

Mage and warrior are overwhelming the best, for staying alive, buy warrior uses exploits, and imo mage is boring. Play whatever seems interesting too you

 

For grinding, I would say archer, because if you're in a good spot you can just escape about five blocks or so up a wall and either use spells like bomb when they're directly under you, or just pick enemies off from a distance. However, saying that I've never really played any other class, so that's just based on what I know from experience and the wiki.

 

Oh I didn't say kg but i'm à solo player and my objective is to grind levels quickly.

 

I would recommend Mage then, or if you want a bit of a challenge, Assassin. All classes can solo but in my experience I say those two are the best.

 

Overall I would say melee warrior is the best PVE class. If you use XP armor while grinding and morph for questing you can hit 100 in no time. And mobs drop plenty of heal pots so your fine.

But for a no abuse class I would say assassin is the best as mage will struggle against bosses and assassins smoke bomb and spin attack are very good grinding spells. You also have vanish for getting out of sticky situations.

 

Ok, thanks for the answers i think i will use warrior! I heard something about a lire steal bug with the warrior who do him OP, what is it exactly?

 

Oh boy... time to list the bug exploits that make warrior overpowered

1: if you stack too much defense you become immune to neutral damage

2: Exploding triggers life steal. This allows you to heal huge amounts consistently

3: War scream triggers life steal

I would advise not using these, as in general, people who abuse this kind of stuff are looked down upon, but I can't stop you.

 

If you're talking PvE as in soloing Bosses or LI Warrior definitely takes it all.

 

Yeah Warrior is a bit busted, but once the Exploding LS is fixed it will be mostly okay.

Along with that I think that if Warrior's War Scream can do LS (which is interesting if it was done on purpose) then other classes should do the same thing if not done. Mage I have yet to do a LS build because of his low level, everyone knows about Warrior, Assassin does not have a LS spell due to belief that it does. It. Does. Not. And Archer I believe has a tiny bit of LS in Bomb Arrow, I cannot say for sure. I need to check again with a full LS build.

 

It could have been done on purpose. I think we thought it was a bug exploit or not, like I said, I do not know as of the moment. I just feel like it was on purpose cause it feels kinda right. Yet so wrong.

Okay cool, either way if it was on purpose that would be interesting and isntead of having full LS they could do a fourth of the LS if it could go through spells. By doing

Total LS/4= LS+Weapon LS= Total LS that you receive.

But that can be pretty damn broken with other weapons. So maybe not.

From experience, I've always found Mage class to be the best at PvE - It has a decent combination of range and damage which makes it useful for most scenarios. Its heal spell will also come in very useful when fighting tough mobs and bosses. Alternatively, you can use Warrior however you'll need to rely on health pots for decent healing.

 

Mage, with tons of mana-restoring items, can be literally invincible. I have 10/4s mana regen and it's pretty fun.
