Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

I follow her, looking around the house.

 

The house seems to be fairly large, multiple doors along hallways leading into seperate and connected rooms. Stephanie ends up heading through what appaears to be a living room, the floor carpeted in a soft navy blue carpet that feels as soft as a pillow. Stephanie eventually gets to the kitchen, the entrance an archway. Inside, Praecantatia seems to be chopping up tomatoes to go into a boiling pot. The kitchen appears to be rather large if rectangular, and has a counter stretching around edges of it; various cupboards below with a large stack of cupboards just next to the entrance.

"Hey Stephanie! You came home at a good time, I'm making some spaghetti bolognese!" Praecantatia says happily, glancing and smiling at Stephanie, "Who are your friends? Do they want some spaghetti too?"

"I'd love some Spaghetti, Miss Praecantatia," Shadow Stephanie says, "I'm your daughter's Shadow. I believe we met when you told her you were her mother?"

"Oh, of course. And you're Katie, aren't you?" Praecantatia says, smiling at Katie.

"Yes. It's kind of you to allow us into your home and be willing to share spaghetti with us. I'd love to have some." Katie says happily.

"And...you are?" Praecantatia asks, looking at you.

 

"Thirteen, and with all due respect, I'll pass on the spaghetti."
I smile.

 

"It's nice to meet you, Thirteen." Praecantatia says happily, heading over to the large stack of cupboards near to you and grabbing some more dry spaghetti, before adding it to the spaghetti that's already cooking.

 

"You too, Praecantatia."

"And who might you be?" Praecantatia asks, looking at Emerald.

 

She suddenly loses control of her body for a moment as all the water is formed into a sphere. Several Terraes start firing Pyroblasts towards the sphere.

 

"She's never just fired off a death ray without telling the target. If I got mind controlled, then she probably did too."

Emerald makes eye contact, hesitant.
"...Emerald. Xlentia's servant."

It explodes into steam, the fog covering the arena.

 

"No, it's fine. Just wondered how."

 

"Well, on the mainland we can't really get wed. I can't transform to a human, and I'm comparatively tiny to you. However, shapeshifters make crazy things."
"What she's saying is, she can get a little tiny wedding dress and wants an excuse to get one."
"Oh, shut up!"
"You know I'm right."
"...Yeah. You are."

 

"Really.?"
He laughs.

 

"Well it's nice to meet you, Emerald. Would you like some spaghetti too?" Praecantatia asks happily.

 

"No, but thanks for the offer. Unless something changed in me, I shouldn't need to eat."

Anne sighs, the Leviathan laughing.
"...Yep." She admits.

 

"That's cute."
He pets her on the head, still laughing.

 

She nuzzles you, annoyed.
"I don't see a problem with it, other than it may be a bit early for marriage."
"Fair point." Anne sighs.
"...You already sound like a married couple, though."
"Hey!"

 

"Can't deny both of these things."

 

The Leviathan laughs again, Anne staying silent, pouting.

 

"Oh don't worry about it, Anne. We're just kidding. Or not."

 

She rolls her eyes, smirking.
"Yeah, yeah."

 

He cuddles with her.
"Hehe.."
