Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"I hate her." Shadow Stephanie says bitterly.

 

"Why? She was probably the smartest one out of us. We would've been trapped for so much longer if she didn't turn."

 

"How did you figure out we were a couple? Was it that obvious?"

 

"She almost killed me, and then when we brought her back, she killed Abigail." Shadow Stephanie says, annoyed.

 

"She told me."
"Should I not?"

"Sounds like you pissed her off then, then tried to justify it to her. Or lied. She loves frying backstabbers."

 

"Yeah, us trying to free Xlentia was backstabbing her. That bitch deserves to rot in hell." Shadow Stephanie says, angry.

 

"So you did free us... what did you do in order to achieve that? Hurt her?"

 

"No idea. When we first met her she was really nice, she even upgraded Abigail's claws. Then she started hunting some innocent people, which should have been our wake up call. Then, before we fought Xlentia, she started hitting on Aj despite knowing he's in a relationship with Artemis, and then she tried to kill me mid-battle." Shadow Stephanie says.

 

Emerald shrugs.
"She respects power. He has it. I just find it funny she only tried to kill you."

 

"Why?" Shadow Stephanie asks, serious.

 

I put the cup in the designated spot before activating the idol and downing the contents afterwards.

 

You find yourself starting to rapidly grow in size; or everything begins to shrink in size, the perspective makes it hard to tell. Soon you're reaching the comparative size of Stephanie, Shadow Stephanie and Emerald.

 

I quickly check to see if I still have my clothes on.

 

Your clothes seem to be as they were before you drank the liquid, their size presumably increased along with you.

 

"Well, that works."
I say, getting off of the desk.

 

You can see a now rather tiny Katie heading over to the idol to get some of the liquid, before drinking it and covering her breasts and waist with her arms as she grows in size, nervous and embarrassed.

 

I look away out of respect.

 

Katie eventually reaches the same size as everyone else, her clothes still on her body once she reaches it.

"Well...that went better than expected." Katie says nervously, trying to smile.

"You do realize we wouldn't have let you stay nude if your clothes did burst off, right? I'd have given you something to cover yourself with." Shadow Stephanie asks.

"Thanks, Stephanie." Katie says, smiling at Shadow Stephanie.

 

"To Praecantatia now?"
I ask.

 

Stephanie nods.

"Mum, I'm home! I brought some friends over!" Stephanie shouts.

"I'm in the kitchen sweetie pie!" Praecantatia's voice calls back.

Stephanie heads out of the room, pulling open the half opened wooden door by it's golden handle and heading through.
