It looks like u planned well, the overall effect is really good.
But I think you need to work on the smaller details. For example the pillars holding up the brick roofs look kind of flimsy, add some extra support at the top.
Also break up some of the textures, the floor in particular.
And finally u need to add more vegetation,

Well...
There's no real interiors in the build

Most of the houses are just 4 pillars with a brick roof :/

 

Before I say anything, try not to use texture packs as it is often used to make under detailed builds look better. A truly good build looks very good in vanilla textures.
With that said it isn't very good. There isn't much detail in the floor and roofing/pillars. Try more textures and maybe some more colors to make it look more grand and powerful. The terrain looks pretty good though. I'd need more close ups of the terrain to really evaluate it though.

 

Ever seen rodoroc in vanilla? It looks like a master piece of you ask me

 

All of the cities do for there style.
