I'm going to be the first to say it: Mixed Feelings.
Mixed Feelings and Hidden City are both really good. My experience with Hidden City was frustrating, however, due to how annoying it was for me to navigate CotL. So Mixed Feelings takes the proverbial cake.

A confused farmer

Why?

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand A confused farmer. The plot details are very subtle, and without a solid grasp of ancient roman history most of the dialogue will go over a typical player's head. There's also the Farmer's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volyaliterature, for instance. The players understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these line's, to realize that they're not just filler text- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike A Confused Farmer truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in the farmer's existencial catchphrase "Cow," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Saltud's and Grain's genius unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools... how I pity them. And yes by the way, I DO have a Farmer tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

Hidden City

 

hmm. That's hard. I have a lot of favorites. One I did recently that I had a lot of fun with was From the Bottom, its cute. I recently did the envoy quests and I really liked those, its a great introduction to Corkus. I also really liked the idea of The Bigger Picture, it was cool. I also liked Belly of the Beast. I'm not sure what my overall favorite quest is, but I can definitely tell you my least favorite is Shattered Minds. That quest was messed up.
