Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

The girl continues to watch, seeming intrigued.

 

It's the same thing over and over; man strikes water with lightning, water isn't affected. Water fires arrow, man dodges easily.

 

The girl eventually turns around and leaves, heading back to the library.

 

"I can control it most of the times. But just like today, when I'm weakened for example, it gets harder."
He smiles
"It's like a curse."

 

Emerald seems to be recovering, sitting up and rubbing her forehead.

"But, all curses can be lifted... I think."

 

The girl walks past Emerald, heading for the stairs up.

 

Another forty-story potential climb.
How far is she willing to go?

 

The girl powers up the stairs, taking breaks every so often until she reaches the thirty third floor.

 

I walk up to Emerald and crouch next to her.
"Hey. Feeling better?"

 

"I'm born with it. And to be honest, I don't even know if I want to get rid off it."

 

The floor seems to have nothing particularly special.

She glances at you.
"...Who... who are you?" She groans, still rubbing her head.

 

The girl walks over to a random bookshelf and takes out a book.

 

Anne falls silent, nuzzling you.
It's obvious she's worried, but clearly she doesn't know what to do.

"Memory loss?"
I stand up.
"Hm, this isn't good."

 

The girl looks around for people reading the books.

 

"I'll find a way to gain control. I promised you after all."
He pets her.

 

"What do you mean?" She asks, laying back down.

The library's empty right now...

She keeps quiet, enjoying the moment.
"...I forgive you."

 

The girl puts the book back, heading to the staircase and sitting down on it.

 

I plop down next to her.
"I mean that it's probably not a good sign if you don't know who I am."
I state flatly.
"What do you remember?"

 

"I wish I knew another werewolf which could help me with this, but I don't."
