    Probably Salted hacks or the /setlevel command (since it was probably tested on the server used to test things). Don't expect any level cap anytime soon, as lv100 is easily a good endpoint for the current content of the game.

    And, I highly doubt they'd release that effect because of its really high particle count. When I made the current particle effects, like the Ozoth wings, I had to keep the total count under 1000 in order for it to run fine on any kind of computer, including "potato" computers.
