Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

The girl spends a little more time recovering her energy before tackling the ladder climb again.

 

"Lightning, or wind?"

He shrugs.

The further up she goes, the more chambers are thawed and empty.

 

Once the girl exhausts herself again, she checks one of the empty chambers after getting her breath back.

 

"Let's see how wind works."
Voidfiller steps away from the slime, who reaches its mouth out for any more fruit.

 

It's essentially a metal cylinder with a few crystals and other metal bits sticking out on the edges of the opening.

 

The girl heads to one of the active chambers, looking to see who, or what, is inside.

 

Keila hits the slime with a large, focused gust of wind.

The one she approaches is a draconian, and each chamber seems to have a holographic label.

"STASIS 37-680
DRACONIAN
NOBILITY"

 

The girl looks up at the draconian.

 

It gets annoyed, closing its mouth.
As suspected, a few moments later, wind emits from the top, though it spirals around, instead of going up.

 

"Your not helping."
He places his hands on his cheeks.
"Okay, time to wake up from this dream."
He pinches his cheeks.

 

The ice is foggy, but she can see a red-scaled draconian wearing an orange robe with intricate golden designs on it, resembling two phoenix. A crown of sorts is frozen on their head, and they hold a scepter that looks like it's more for tech than magic.

It hurts a bit, but you don't wake.
Confused, Sgavrinn sniffs at your face.

"Forcing it to repeat this process is utter torture..." Keila mumbles, hesitant.

 

"You got any idea to wake me up?"

 

Sgavrinn pauses before growing a purple and red flower in front of you.

 

"What do I do with it?"
He smells the flower.

 

It smells pleasant and relaxing.

Sgavrinn pretends to eat it, then plays dead.

 

The girl spends a moment imagining what the draconian's life could be like, before sitting down to rest a bit more.

 

"Okay, so I don't eat it? Then what do I do?"
He looks confused at Sgavrinn.

 

As she sits down, Avis starts chirping again.

 

He shakes his head.
He acts like he eats the flower, then he plays dead again.

 

"Wait. So I do eat it? But I'll die."
