Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"So, you want me to try providing an input for the slime?"

She trembles, curling up.

 

"Something is wrong."
With all his strenght he tries to get up and walk the direction Anne went.

 

You're dizzy, but you manage to stumble to the edge of the centaur village, a guard rushing iver to help you up.
"Sir, what's wrong?"

 

The girl pauses, drawing her hand back before deciding to lightly pet Avis.

 

"Yeah. Give it everything you've got. Unless that exhausts you too much."
A golem creeps back onto the machine, doing something.
"Don't mind him."

 

She's cool to the touch, but uncurls and looks up at the girl, confused.

 

"I lost a friend. Have you seen a vixen pass by?"
Bardock feels weak.

 

She casts a lightning bolt at the slime.

 

The girl just gently pets Avis for a bit, before stepping back.

 

"Yes, she's talking with our chieftain."

She hums a bit, chirping weakly in response.

 

The girl glances around for anyone who might be taking care of Avis.

 

"Oh thank god. Could you..?"
He falls to the ground.

 

There seems to be signs of one, but nobody else is present.

 

It hits the slime, and the slime gets pissed off again.
A few seconds later, some crackling can be heard at the top, then a loud clap sound as lightning is spread upwards.

 

You feel yourself carried over to a bed of sorts, but you start drifting off to sleep...


The next thing you know, you wake in a field.

"That's promising."

 

The girl looks upward to the top of the room.

 

"Where am I?"
He looks around.
"A.. field?"

 

"Gladly."
Voidfiller nods, heading over to the slime and feeding it a fruit.

 

Sgavrinn's the only one around, nuzzling you while humming happily.

"...What?"

There's probably another forty floors of a ton of cryostasis tubes.

 

The girl heads up the ladder, climbing as far as she can before getting off to rest.
