Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

The girl sits down by the entrance and waits for Avis to stop.

 

"Is that the finished product?"

She eventually goes back to her normal form, coughing and laying down on a perch a few stories up.

 

"Now let's continue onwards."
He continues walking and walking.

 

Anne keeps quiet for the rest of the walk.

You finally reach a centaur village as the sun starts to set.
"Better eat something before you head to bed..."

 

The girl gets up, looking around the room as she heads into it.

 

"If it works."
Voidfiller walks a bit, going around to the front.

 

"We made it."
He lowers himself so that Anne can get off.
"Now, lets eat something. If anyone is awake."

 

Countless cryostasis chambers hold countless draconians, though there are other creatures lying dormant within.
...That's all that there seems to be here. That, and a batshit crazy dragonling.

 

The girl looks up for a way to Avis.

 

"Well...?"

Anne hops off.
"They're nocturnal. I'll go scout ahead, see if I can get you a meal." She says, darting off.

There's a few staircases along the edges and a ladder in the center of the room.
Avis is just laying on the second story walkway.

 

"Don't get yourself hurt." He yells.
He looks around.
"Guess I'll scout around a bit too."

 

The girl tests the ladder to make sure it's secure and won't move if she ascends it.

 

Hunger pains cause you to double over.

Maybe it's best to sit down and trust Anne for now...

It's so secure, it's the same piece of metal.

 

"Well, I tried it with a bit of fire magic..."
Voidfiller strikes the side, causing the slime to make a squeaking sound.
A few seconds later, fire emits from the top of the machine, though it doesn't seem to do much.

 

The girl ascends the ladder, heading up to Avis.

 

"...That can't maintain a hurricane, can it?"

 

"Ugh.. It's getting worse. I really need food."
He lays down, waiting for anyone who's willing to give him something to eat.

 

After a short climb and a walk, she finds Avis laying wearily at her feet, trying to chirp once she notices the girl.

After an hour, Anne still doesn't come back...

 

"Once again, no clue. I tried my best with what I have."
Voidfiller shrugs.

 

The girl bends down, extending a hand to pet Avis.
