Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Oh, I'll just go for a swim later or something."

 

"That's something I won't do. You know, fire affinity and all? Not really big on water."

 

"That's good to know for later." He laughs

 

"Don't get any ideas!" She barks, laughing.

 

Inside the box seems to be a rather large dragon, which looks up at you. It's ridgid movements are enough to show that it's not actually alive, however.

"That dragon has many uses. Starting fires, cooking your food, severely harming people, scouting the skies, and most other things a dragon can do," Abigail says, "It doesn't need feeding, either."

 

"No, but when I every need to get away from you, I'll just jump into the water."

 

"I'd give you a hug, but you're in the mood to rip my face off."
Pause.
"Will it remain in the box if I tell it to stay there?"

She giggles.
"Good. Fair warning, if you wake me up with a bucket of water, I'll hate you for it.

 

Abigail nods, before giving you a hug.

"I'm letting you off because it's your birthday." Abigail says.

 

"Don't worry, I don't like a wake up like that either."

 

I hug her back.
"That sounds like something I'd say... Thanks."

"Heh, good."
Pause.
"I can't believe we went from you chasing me for my pelt to considering marriage."

 

"Can't believe it either. Well, those things can happen."

 

"Happy birthday, I hope that dragon doesn't break." Abigail says, a tear running down her face.

 

"Hey, don't cry. There's probably cake somewhere." I sigh.

"Apparently."
She nuzzles you.
"Good luck explaining this to your pack."

 

"Hm?" Abigail asks, touching her face and wiping away her tear.

"Funny..." Abigail says, sighing.

 

"Yep. I'm gonna need it."
He holds up his hand.
"I'll see you later then."

 

"If I wanted to insult you, I would've. Relax, or something. I dunno." I shrug, smiling before stepping back.

"I'll be in the trees. Meet you here tomorrow morning?" She asks, yawning.

 

"Yes. Will you be around here?"

 

Abigail just pulls her hood over a bit further, stepping back too.

Shadow Stepanie and Artemis seem to have stopped arguing as Stephanie walks over.

"Sorry about that." Stephanie says, smiling at you.

 

"Yep. I'll be staying up in the trees."

"Eh, I argue for the sake of making noise all the time." I shrug.

 

"Here's my gift, anyway. I hope you like it." Stephanie says happily, offering you a present with wrapping that seems to act as a mirror, though it changes the colours reflected in it.
