Other then the cabin, there's special sleeping location.
Just choose somewhere that won't hurt your head.

What's the point of making a campfire if you aren't gonna light it.

A cannon goes off in the distance.

He walks to the sleeping location.
"This'll do."

 

I start clearing stuff around my "base" like uprooting bushes, snapping saplings so less cover for infiltrators, untill its the time for the evening announcements.

As the sun sets, music begins playing across the entire arena and a projection appears in the sky. On it, are the faces of the fallen.

"That's 8 down. Poor fellas."
He grabs a few nearby sticks.
"Jessica, could you lend me your spear?"

 

Jessica looks up at the projection and starts to weep.

Where are you going with this?

He tries to comfort her.
"It's okay."

 

I cointinue to clear stuff.
Also, How lethal is my sharp stick?
I am clearibg so hard to sneack up on me, as less bushes to hide behind

 

Funfact, Mat was her cousin.

Well that's not gonna help if your asleep.

 

I guard outside the tent, and if i get cold, i retreat inside then come out as soon as i am warm.
If i notice a tribute trying to sneack up on me, i point at them with my stick and use my skill to befrend them

 

Thankfully, it's a very quiet and uneventful night. Well, besides the occasinal cannon shot.

He comforts her more.

 

When morning comes, i pack my stuff, go to the pond, drink and refill, then wander around to find a cave if possible, then i check the direction of the pond from there (so i can use function "return to pond"), and move in thant cave. In case i dont find a cave, i return to the orginal spot.

 

Just got back from a weekend away. I'll just try to find shelter.

 

You and Jessica sleep in shifts. Pretty unevetful night, with the exception of the cannon.

You don't find a cave, but you do find what looks like an old farm plot.

You sleep in a cave for the night. No one attacks you.

 

10/10 survival skills do not steal

 

The sun rises and light retuns to the arena. Hope you guys aren't too tired.
