"Well.. uh. Good point."
Pause.
"But still. Am I not allowed to care about you?"

 

Content, she rips one of her claws out and tries to fashion it into a new handle.

"You could always just transform. That makes you scream louder."

 

The metal part of the dagger seems to be designed to be put into a handle, making the task easier.

 

She swings the dagger around a bit, hoping the makeshift handle holds up to being used.

 

The dagger seems to be fixed, working like before.

 

"What, as a werewolf or human? I never thought about that."

 

After a bit of tinkering, the blue light comes out again, this time with Voidfiller on the other end.
"Oh, hey."
He says.

 

"You're mostly a human now. When you transformed into a werewolf, the entire damn forest heard you."

"Sorry, not sure how this works." She admits. "I see you've recovered from the dart."

She slots it back into where her claw used to be before getting up and trying to find anyone else.

 

"That's just.. a change of voice. I can't help it, it's how I talk."

 

"Well, you'd be louder, and I could've probably heard you. Hell, you could probably bark orders at people on the other side of the fire."

 

"I'll keep that in mind for later. Thanks." He says, a little sarcastic.

 

She giggles.
"Okay, I need you to roll over. Come on, I don't have all day... well, that's a lie, actually."

 

"Yeah, nothing I haven't dealt with before, though. And tinkering with the objects I give you are usually the way to work them, so you did fine there."

 

"Yeah, yeah. On it."
He slowly turns around.
"Ouch."

 

"There's never actually one set way to activate them? That sounds a bit counterintuitive..."

She starts walking over you again, working her way from the shoulders down.

 

"It tickles a little." He chuckles

 

Voidfiller shrugs.
"Not really, but sort of, at the same time. The ball, someone on my side has to activate it, and the jewel activates if you tinker with it enough. Maybe confusing, but simple enough."

 

"...I'll let this slide, since we clearly don't see eye to eye."
Pause.
"So, I'm going to guess you made more progress?"

"Oh, come on. It's not worth getting scorched over."

 

"Hey, I'm hurt. Let me enjoy this."

 

"No. I was just about to set out, actually."
