Basic Mafia Game Thread - Game End - Mafia Win

Actually, there were three+ reasons I did this @ubershaften:
A) Add air spear told me before how docs would self-protect quite frequently, and how bad PR's were
B) I can't do well when I'm not confirmed town. When I'm not confirmed on my home forum, I'm lynched quite frequently, but when I am, I do better. Add air spear can confirm, if he was in this game.
C) There are many articles on play for these roles, but nobody or hardly anybody has seen them. I just decided to sum them up.
D) I'm afraid of getting NK'ed and town losing AGAIN.

By the way, I'm townreading you for that post, since it shows you aren't sheeping and are genuinely being open-minded. However, you could be scum trying to push a mislynch.

If you really think I'm a Godfather or SK, don't check me then. BTW that's confbiased, and assuming I'm not town, which isn't true. Checking ubershaften or gigavern is a good idea: ubershaften looks like he can scumhunt well, and gigavern is just null, but if he's mafia, he could nail town like in THOSE games...

 

A,C,D) Fair enough, I agree with those
B) This works two ways, either as an investigation-immune evil, or as town. The main reason I read it as the former was because of your vote on Giga this early on in the game.

I'll accept your explanation for now, but I won't participate in Giga's lynch because I don't have much to go on atm.

Giga was speculating about how many masons there are, which influences how many power roles there are. I personally see nothing wrong with that, so I'm going to have to disagree with your read.

Either way, you gotta lynch someone, so just pick giga or me.

I think its too early to say, even if someone does something scummy,

 

But that gives us time; we don't need to lynch scummy people, we can lynch inactives, or people who will hinder our play, who will, in no way, be killed by the mafia at all, unless they claim something.

In practice, lynching D1 is extremely important, since what if all the actives get killed off early? Then there will be inactives, who
1) can't find scum
2) can't do anything
since it's majority lynch they can win the game if nobody votes anything
Lynching scummier people is essential, but I have nobody in mind with just a few nonimportant posts

 

I will do an activity check on day 2.
Because some people haven't even came on the forums recently.

5 days is a long time
or fine extend it to D2 but we can't scumhunt and that and vig kills are the only way we can get town kills......
