Could I make modifcations to my Thunder cannon? I want to make it a 3 barrel Gun that can either shoot 3 at once or have it rotate and be able to spend some more rounds befor reloading. If the second one is possible we could up the reload from bonus action to action

Not NOW, but if you get time in a town maybe. I'm gonna follow the crafting a magic item rules, so it's bound to be kinda expensive. I can MAYBE throw in the DMG's burst rules or reload rules from modern ammunition.

Later you DO get the ability to fire your thunder cannon like a shotgun, so keep that in mind
