Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

The draconian stays a bit further from the ship.

 

Aquira eventually arrives at a tropical island, the crew getting off the ship to explore it.

 

The draconian stays near the ship, keeping to themselves.

Meanwhile, something pings on the map.

 

Aquira checks the map, curious.

 

It's an alert - Kiin's outside of the house, and the door has been open for days.

 

Aquira ignores it, trusting in Kiin.

 

The draconian energes, purple goo dripping from their face as they peer out of the water at the island.

 

The island seems rather large, tropical plants obscuring what looks like ancient ruins.

 

Voidfiller sprouts gills, diving into the water.

 

The draconian crawls onto the shore and follows the crew, keeping her trail of ruin as narrow as possible as she goes.

The Leviathan follows him, playful.

 

Boosting himself through the water, Voidfiller looks for the storm goddess.

 

The crew seems to have dispersed into the island, some fighting off dangerous animals and beings that reside on it while others look around for secrets and hidden stashes.

 

They nervously follow from behind, using a touch of ruin to look through some of the foliage.

She seems to already have left, the Leviathan still following Voidfiller.

 

The foliage quickly withers, along with any animals that were living in it.

The ground appears to be quite muddy, a few animal tracks in it. As the draconian follows, they start to feel watched from above.

 

"Hey, do you know where the storm Goddess went?"
Voidfiller asks the Leviathan.

 

She looks skywards, getting ready to defend herself as she draws a ball of ruinous mud into her hand.

It shakes its head.

 

A few trees obstruct her view, though they seem to be rustling more than they should.

 

She fires a bit of ruin skywards.

 

The ruin simply flies upward, withering some of the trees it passes closely by.

The draconian feels the ground shake a bit beneath her.

 

She brings all of her ruin to her, injecting some of it into the ground as she grips her gut.
