   So im lvl 100 trying to find a lvl 42 helmet by grinding lvl 40+ mobs i just wanna know if its possible to get it

   Its in the right place
   
   As long as the mobs levels are around 40 you should be able to get the drop
   
   (Only thing that really scales with your level is Loot Chests)
