Why hello!
Today I bring to you a brand-new event! It's called... wait for it... Ten Words of Wynncraft! (TWOW for short).

Information​

• Ten Words of Wynncraft is a creative writing based competition. I hear the "Ughhh writing..." already even now as I type this. HOWEVER COMMA! I thought this would be a great thing to do as school is starting/has started for most of you. Also, this event doesn't require in-game participation either! I mean cmon, it Wynncraft themed and you only need to think of 10 words to (t)wow the voters!
• Ten What's of Huh?? - Ten Words of Wynncraft (TWOW) is a competition where Wynncrafters create a 10-word sentence based off a prompt and voters (all of you) vote on which is the best. Each round, a certain amount of the least voted for Wynncraftians will be eliminated.
• Rounds? - Yes, there will be five rounds within Season zero of TWOW. Each round will have a unique prompt and will be split into two parts, A and B: The Submission phase (A) and the Voting phase (B).
• Submission - During the submission phase, Wynncraftians will submit their 10-word sentence based off the provided prompt via google form before the specified deadline. When the deadline arrives, no late submissions will be accepted and you will be automatically eliminated!
• Voting - All of you (yes you) can vote. After all the submissions have been collected, a google form for voting will be opened. The best TWOWers will move on to the next round based on the number of votes it received. During the voting phase, the submitter of each TWOW will be completely anonymous to prevent bias in voting. The submissions will also appear in a random order per voter to be as fair as possible.
• Then what? - After the voting results are in, I will post them. They will display who is out and who will continue to the next round. At the same time, I will also post the prompt for the next round, and the cycle repeats until we have ourselves a winner.

How to join/submit

• Season 0 Round 1A Prompt: "Why was the Wynncraft update delayed this time?
• To join TWOW season 0, go to this google form and fill out the necessary information. That's it! JOINING PERIOD ENDED You can still vote though!
• Think of something witty and original, something that your competitors won't think of so you can stand out!
• Be creative! Amaze the voters!
• Of course, you can no longer join season 0 after the round 1A deadline. Only those who moved on from the previous round should submit a TWOW answer.
• Deadline: The end of round 2A is Wednesday, October the 18th, ~6:00pm PST
• If you missed joining this season, do not worry! You can still vote, and you can join next season!

How to Vote
Can't have an elimination game without voters!

• Vote on Season 0, Round 2B: TBR
• Voting for Season 0, Round 2B ends: TBA
• Elimination - Half of the contestants will be eliminated in round 1.

• ANYONE Can Vote! Whether you missed joining, are eliminated, or are still competing, the more voters the better!
• To vote, you must include your forum name (will be completely anonymous, this is to prevent multiple votes from one person) and your vote on which TWOW answer to the prompt was the best.
• Vote based on however you think you should vote, however, creativity is the main factor. Take into account misspelling, grammar errors, and especially any TWOW answers that are under or over the 10-word limit. Breaking the limit is allowed but it should heavily influence your voting if a TWOW answer isn't 10 words.
• It is best to review all submissions. But, especially in the first round, there will be many. So, I encourage you to scroll at least randomly down the page and review the ones you land on.
• If you change your forum username in between the time the votes are collected and counted, your vote will not count.

Round Advantages
Something extra for those who excel.​

• If you score in the top 3 most voted for at the end of a round, you will have an advantage in the following round.
• Advantage: N/A, coming in season 1.

Rules
Yep, always gotta have these bad boys.​

• No revealing which response is yours or telling voters to vote for your submission.
• No alternative accounts to increase your chances.
• You may vote for yourself.
• No submitting after the deadline.
• No submitting more than once. Once you have sent in your submission, that is it.
• No Troll voting (i.e. providing a fake forum name).
• Do not change your Wynncraft Forum name until the end of the season or until you get eliminated. It will be too hard to keep track of. (This might change next season)
• No submitting a TWOW answer if you have been eliminated/troll answers. These slow me down and whoever submits after elimination or trolls will be disqualified from future seasons.
• If you fail to comply with these rules, with the necessary evidence, I will disqualify you from the season.

Prizes
Now that I've got your attention...

• There is none, yet! Sorry!
• There will be no prizes for TWOW season 0. The reason is mainly why it's called season 0 and not season 1. Season 0 is a test, if all goes well there will be a season 1 that will have prizes.

Why not Season 1?

• Season 0 is an experimental season.
• I need to make sure everything runs smoothly before doing a full on season.
• If season 0 is a success, there will be a season 1 with at least prizes, more complicated prompts, and improved voting methods.

  I need enough votes to let me know there is substantial interest in a real season (Season 1).
  I know I've been lacking in getting info out right after the polls/submissions close. However, in an official season, I will be way more invested providing the Wynncraft forums a unique experience! A much more organized and efficient TWOW!
  Season 1 would include prizes for the contestants AND the voters!
  So, if you want to see Season 1 come to life, share this thread as well as the voting link (don't spam) so I get enough votes to know enough people want to participate.
  I don't have a set amount of votes I need to see, but I'd like to set about 40-50 as a benchmark.

• This event is somewhat complicated, so if you're too lazy to read it all, don't bother participating.

For the 0.01% who've realized, this is not a completely original idea. This game was originally made by the wonderful carykh with the first Ten Words of Wisdom series. Since then, it has inspired many mini-TWOWs to appear including this one.
