Something That Got Me Thinking.

So if you remember the old ??? quest, you probably can remember that if you talked about it you could get banned.

And that made me think about how there like a 2 unban policy.
Where if you get banned for the third time you most likely won't get an unban.
So I'm making this thread to ask a simple question.
If you got banned 3 times and one of the reasons was talking about ??? could you still get unbanned ?

You don't get let off of something simply because the offence is no longer relevant. It's like letting somebody off for a bank robbery because the bank in question has since closed down. By the way, you can only be banned twice. The second ban is non-negotiable (unless one of the bans is proven to be unjustified, which is hardly ever). There can be no exceptions to this. We simply can't be adding complications. Basically, if it was a bannable offence when you did it, you got fairly banned, and you're on your second and final chance.

 

Why are there so many threads about a third unban lately? Is this some sort of obscure cult?

 

This is even more absurd when you consider that YOU'RE ONLY ALLOWED ONE UNBAN! Some people simply cannot get the message that their first ban should really be a warning sign... they cheated again KNOWING FULL WELL THAT THIS TIME IT WOULD BE PERMANENT, and still had the audacity to suggest that the entire system be changed to let them hide from the consequences of THEIR stupidity!?

Man if that happend It'll be the most pathetic reason to get a ban

just imagen someone trying to appeal for the 3rd ban and writing something like:

"Reason for being banned: Wrote r/ mehme insted of /r mehme"
