You have far to much mana regen above 12/4 with 68 sp in int is basicly just wasted.
Your elemental Def is awful.
Your accessories are all over the place.
And -health regen and -life steal are terrible in any build that is not for mage because mage can just heal back up.

 

First of all whats the purpose of the build??

He probably doesn't have access to mythics, but if he wants to use that build then slider w/ tier 6 airs will work I guess

 

im using a hive dagger with 5 tier 6 air powders! and i dont have access to other hive items and duengon items also LI stuff!

I threw this together in about 2 minutes so it's probably not great, but it's the best that I could think of. (I know that it uses a piece of hive armor, but BPA is pretty much necessary in all air/water builds and I couldn't think of any good replacements, so I simply had to put it in there)

I don’t have the untradeble stuff .... no duengon stuff and no LI stuff .... only stuff that I can buy

But that build has worse damage, health, and defense. If I were you, I would get another class to level 80, do the hive, and get moon pool and boreal aegis.
