It has been a week and a half since I sent my last build application, and the one I sent that got denied only took 2 days to be answered. Do they usually take that long?

Applications can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to be answered. With the lack of build reqs on the server at this time (in other words, the number of active builders outnumber the amount of reqs needing to be completed), it may be awhile until more build applications are reviewed. Note that GM apps and CMD apps are on hold due to the lack of reqs in their fields as well.

 

What are there reqs for then?

 

I would apply for builder, but I would need to be taught world edit, and i would probably be annoying to work with anyway. so, nah

 

humm cant you just learn it yourself? XD i did that ._. (i am no where near good enough for builder though as my building skills havent transcended human level yet)
