Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Ragnyon sighs.
"So you DO want a vision."

She melts into water again, earthen spikes jutting out across the arena as she weaves through them like a river through mountains.

Linoa smiles.
"I guess I did."

Avis matches it, then giggles.
It seems the only identifying factor between Shadow Stephanie and Avis is that Avis' tail doesn't seem to have shapeshifted.

 

"I've been practicing too much today anyways. C'mon, let's go."
Crystal smiles, making his way out of the training room as I quietly start to talk to Voidfiller.

 

Linoa heads towards the library.
"He seemed pretty nice."

 

"Yeah! He's pretty cool, but he's not perfect. But nobody is, right?"

 

"I just wanna hang around a bit longer."
Pause
"But if that means showing me a vision, fine."

 

"Of course... Except Xlentia probably thinks she is." Linoa laughs.

"I may as well subject you to the future. Who knows? Perhaps it will allow you to avoid an early grave." She shrugs.
Sgavrinn stops before a valley.
"Not today. I'd rather not go through those rituals again."
He nods, lowering himself to let you and Ragnyon off...

...the crowd seems to have intently followed.

 

"Really? She doesn't seem like that kind of person."

 

"She's... a piece of work." Linoa laughs.

 

Shadow Stephanie throws Avis a small piece of meat as a reward, before heading back to Sivius.

"I couldn't find her, but fire guardians are important." Shadow Stephanie says defiantly.

 

"We'll see."
Bardock gets off Sgavrinn's back.
"Should I go first or maybe last?"

 

She goes back to her normal form, taking a nibble from it before leaving the meat on the ground.

"Sure." Sivius shrugs. "Don't get all fired up about it."

"I'll do you last." She says, reaching out for her staff back.

 

Shadow Stephanie opens her mouth to respond, before smiling widely.

"I knew you'd lighten up." Shadow Stephanie says happily.

 

"I might be pretty locked down on my opinions, but you're still a welcome change."

 

Shadow Stephanie hugs Sivius, kissing him on the cheek happily.

 

He hugs her back, smiling a bit.
"Alright. Well, I just wanted to make sure you knew what you were dealing with. I'll try and talk to Iris to see what her problem with your friends is. I didn't think she aligned herself with the Hive."

 

"You mean she's not a bitch after all?" Shadow Stephanie asks, surprised.

 

"She's Ihra, just aggressive." Sivius shrugs. "Kind of like how I'm pretty much Vesius, just with some self-esteem."

 

"Whatever happened to Vesius?" Shadow Stephanie asks.

 

"Dead, duh. You guys have pretty much had a hand in killing everyone but Kiin and Ihra."

 

"Told you." Shadow Stephanie says.
