Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

I enter, looking around for Crystal.


"Well, it can be a bit complicated, but it ends up being useful. Here, I'll show you."
Voidfiller starts, leading Crystal over to a dummy in the training room.

 

Linoa seems to be entering with you.
"Oh, hey. Come to spar?"

 

"I could, but mainly I'm looking for Crystal. Emerald said someone was with him."
I say, looking towards Linoa.

 

"You check first floor, I check armory?" She offers.

 

"Sounds good."
I say, then walk off.

 

After checking the armory, Linoa flies up and scans the bottom floor for Thirteen or Crystal.

 

They're both over by one of the dummies, and I watch as the shifting fellow from earlier teaches Crystal about... something.
It's hard to tell, considering that nothing new seems to be happening.

 

Linoa lands next to you.
"Who the hell is... that?" She whispers.

 

"...I haven't actually caught his name yet."
I admit, whispering.
"But he seems pretty nice."
The thing and Crystal seem to be talking about something.

 

"If Crystal had a previous training partner, that would explain a lot."

 

"He had his creator."
I point out, thinking.
The thing looks impressed as Crystal starts creating sparks in his hands, though it doesn't lead to much else.

 

"Cool, let's go."

 

"We've killed a lot of people. It's to be expected." Shadow Stephanie says, shrugging.

 

"What, you expected that one of you would kill each half of Ihra's mother?" Sivius asks, a bit unsure.

"...That's him, isn't it? Crystal's creator." Linoa mutters.

Ragnyon pets Sgavrinn a bit, resulting in him going a bit faster.
Upon arrival, he re-enters Xyrnal and glances around, a crowd waiting and cheering when they see Ragnyon.
"Oh hell..." She sighs, a bit overwhelmed.

 

"Oh, that's nice. You got some fans."

 

"I believe so, yes. Stephanie told me about him a while back."
The sparks in Crystal's hands stop and the two continue to talk.

 

"Did she tell you his name?"

"Follow me, and get in line. I'll give visions back near the mountains!" Ragnyon shouts.

 

"So.. shall I go?"
He just sits on Sgavrinn's back.

 

"No. Now would be a fine time to ask, but I'm curious as to what they're up to."

 

"I expect the pair of us to end up having a hand in everyone's deaths eventually." Shadow Stephanie says nonchalantly.
