Art ☗ Mayr Caelventus ☗ ( The Tales Of Aerium )

The first idea of Project Aerium I have saved on my computer is exactly two years old this week.
To corroborate this, I've decided to share a bit of the world's history and a show few new maps I've made.
For those who don't know, Aerium is a very large project I'm working on. It's a fantasy adventure comic set in the world of Mayr Caelventus (I finally decided on the name).

With a lot of over-simplifying and trying not to spoil the story, Mayr Caelventus, or The Great Sky, is the atmosphere surrounding an inhospitable planet. Within The Great Sky lies a group of massive floating islands with many people inhabiting them. The people live in a medieval-esque society of Feudalism, diverse with many different cultures. The islands themselves are also quite diverse; many different environments are present depending on the island's region.

The comic, The Tales Of Aerium, will follow the perspective of many different characters throughout this world in a time of empires, kingdoms, war, adventure, adversity and much more.

On a final note, I want to thank all of you for supporting my paintings over my time on the forums. Also, thanks to the ones who helped me name some of the kingdoms/territories. I will be working hard to improve my art to a level that I find acceptable for the comic. You can also expect some OC concept art at some point as I develop the characters.
