This thing saved my life.

 

Fixed a bug where pre identified items's negative values were treatened as normal negative values causing those values to be incorrect.

Items: lore and extra information has been removed from the main page, those information (and much more!) are now available in the item detail page (the link to this page is at the bottom of each item).
Builder: health calculation will now consider the highest build piece level.​

As you can see here:

we can conclude Raw Spell is always there regardless of whether there is netural damage or not.

Thus, you ought to fix the BUILDer damage calculator to show the raw spell damage on items that lack neutral damage.
