Mage/Dark Wizard Level 80 Water Mage Build Needed

I'm looking to use Ethereal for a wand, Sodeta Boots for boots, Concentration, and Ring of generosity for rings and Royal stormy amulet I Already have these items

I need Pants a Chestplate and A Helmet all with water/spell damage or mana regen

Also i don't wanna have like 2 hp

 

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, idk man this awful thing that broke ítem guide doesn't let me to search for ítems that would place properly in your build, i'm thinking in Third Eye, Aquarius or Boreal Patterned, Vaward or Water sanc and Capricorn or Memento

 

pretty much all of those items are lvl 90+ lol

It would be better to get to lvl 100 to get a build,cuz rn its just a waste of time,if you can just get stuff with mana regen so u can spam alot,Corrupted Nii Plate might be decent chestplate,Pacifist are lvl 74 leggings but has 3/4 mana,get to lvl 81 and use Fenmask for helmet

As other people said, you don't want to make a build at level 80, but if you really want one, then here you go:
Corrupted Nii Shako (this is only here because I couldn't think of anything else, use Fenmask at level 81)
Corrupted Nii Plate
Crystal
Sodeta Boots
Raindrop/Concentration 2x
Asher's Relic (use squid's anklet when you're level 83)
Royal Stormy Amulet (if you want 2/4 mana then you can use lapis necklace or willpower, but both of those necklaces have negatives unlike Royal stormy.)
Ethereal
Of course this is just for your level, once you get to level 90 or so, you can get a much better build.
