My Guild ( Not Inviting, If What Ur Thinking )

I just started a guild with my friend. I wanna learn some things, I wanna try war purely for info. but I'm scared that I will get destroyed by HaxForums. soo, what happens if u attack? how do you? wat defends? and if u contribute emeralds and experience, where does it go? I know xp goes to lvl but why does that matter? I donated 1 emerald to myself and nothing happened. if they donate some emeralds do I get it? whats it used? and finally HOW ONE BUILD GUD GUILD

 

MrSebbelonien and i think Adventures with HippieSnuggles have detailed guild giudes, however i think they were made Pre-gavel, so with the guild hall in cinfras being a key component in guild creation, you may need to look for an updated guide.

 

When you attack it takes you to the war server and then you fight the mobs that the owner of the territory you attacked bought with emeralds. If you win you gain the territory. Also every one in that territory that is in your guild gets warped to war as well. You unlock better mobs as your guild levels. Finally you lose 2 soul points if you die and have to wait 5 mins b4 attacking again.

P.S. DO NOT CHANGE NAME WHILST IN GUILD

 

if you win your guild gets a territory which gives it more xp and emeralds
if you loose nothing happens

/guild attack when you are in the territory and then you need to wait 3 minutes (the war might be glitched)

after you win you can do /guild defend and buy mobs to protect the territory (they cost emeralds from the guild bank)

emeralds go to the guild bank (you can only input emeralds there) xp makes our guild level up (so you can have more players/buy better mobs)

the higher level the more players you can have in the guild and you can buy better mobs

 

oh thanks cleared up a lot of stuff. so I can just test attack haxforums rn? and allies and enemies wot?

 

you can attack any territory you want. (altho wars are kinda bugged)
allies are not a formal part of the game but you can make an agreement with other guilds not to attack each other.

Attacking is initiated by /guild attack. Most of the time, when you attack, there will be a glitch. There are 2 that I know of. The first, the game doesn't teleport you to the guild war server. The second, you get teleported and no mobs spawn. Either way, you're screwed. Try attacking again and hope it will work this time (it probably won't). I believe the skill point glitch still happens for accessories (the glitch happens when you log in/get teleported to somewhere, some of your skill points will reset, causing many pieces of gear to pop off. This is only temporary, as your skill points should return within 5 seconds. If you do not have room in your inventory your items will drop on the ground).
When you (finally) get /guild attack to work, you are tasked with killing all of the mobs in the territory. They will spawn around you. Depending on the level of the guild, they will be able to spawn stronger and stronger mobs. The mobs are unlike regular Wynncraft mobs, as they are specific to guild wars (however, I believe you can spawn things like Qira [although it's too expensive, no one does it]).
To defend, do /guild defend. Then, choose mobs that you wish to defend your territory. Mobs cost emeralds, and the stronger the mob, the more it costs. You get the emeralds for buying mobs by contributing emeralds to the guild. Guild xp levels up your guild (as all xp donated to the guild goes straight towards levelling it up). Most people set their guild xp between 5% and 7% if they wish to grind but also contribute. Levelling up makes stronger mobs available to defend your territory. And stars next to your guild name.
You will get rekt by Hax. Most of their territories are defended by mobs high above your level (at least, that was the case when I last did a guild war). Level up to at least lvl 96 (when many more mythics are available), get a good build that can tank reasonably and do damage reasonably (Apoc abuse, maybe? You can get Apoc at lvl 81, I think, but prices are quite high and once all the lifesteal bugs get fixed the price will drop).
If you want to recruit, ask members in-game or make a recruitment thread. Make sure the thread is pretty, and you'll get some people wanting to join.

Note: Changing your name within a guild makes a duplicate of you in the guild's data, and you will be unable to leave the guild. The only way to get glitched players out of the guild is to disband it (although that's kinda counter-productive). Changing your name to what it was previously will not help, as it will only glitch you further (about 1 in 200 times does this unglitch a person - it's not worth it).

I attacked a territory. it said congratz. its now mine but I cant defend it cus it says I need to capture it. and on the map its still some other guys wot?

guilds are heavily glitched

 

oh so then whats the point of them?

 

they are mostly a community feature, keep in mind that they shouldn't be glitched but its a thing that happens

 

Name 1 glitch with guilds...

 

guild wars not teleporting
guild wars teleporting you to a broken territory (no mobs spawn)
some items cant be used in guild wars (an update would fix this)
not registering that you won a territory
no cooldown on attacking the same territory
changing names can get you stuck in the guild
not changing name can get you stuck
you can randomly create a guild double
you can get stuck in limbo while leading a guild

 

Those are all features not bugs...
