put all your skill points in agi and int
100% XP bonus so that you can quickly get to level 100 and use a real endgame build, more than enough mana to spellspam freely, and 12k meteors

 

wouldnt lunar spine be better? also he wanted water maage

 

Lunar Spine has no WS and without it you're kinda low on WS. Plus you can just put water powders on Morrowind. Lunar Spine's damage isn't great either.

Aside from that, it's a completely fine choice though.

 

Why dont people just get to level 100, there has been 4 csst parties. Well if you get to level 100 you can use my build

Untill 100 swap boreal in aqua and for helm idfk there is anima but its 100 too I gues ryou can use third eye but to much mana you should go to a csst party and get 100 tbh
