U can get bad Freedom for like 2,5-3 stax,lament is worth so much more,dont get urself scammed.

but really 1 more mana regen want change too much if he has a good build
also how much in your oppinion does that 1 less mana regen lower the value considering similar freedoms but with 2/4 mana regen selll for around 4 stacks
