    i need help creating a good thunder mage build.
    i am a lvl 92 mage (duh) so no armor or weapons over this lvl.
    my total le is 44 so no mythics... ye im talking about my lord and savior fatal.
    if you can create a set for these requirements then ill gladly thank you and maybe give you some money if this actually works.
