So a while back I tried writing a book about the server. Due to the dense and always changing lore, I failed in this. However, I recently started playing with an assassin and thought "Hey, why not have a character with a journal that he writes in?" So An Assassin's Journal was born! I present to you he first entry into Erin's Journal.

    Entry I
I'm so... confused. I woke up in a caravan this morning with a knife, remembering only my name. I stepped out and a large nosed villager addressed me, telling me I was travelling with a group. He said they went ahead without me. He gave me a potion and a few emeralds and sent me on my way.

After travelling through a large ravine filled with a large assortment of creatures, I came across a large gap. A broken bridge had fallen into the crevice, but a tall rotting tree dying right next to it. Since I can't cross the bridge, I decided to try and push down the dying tree and cross over it, and it worked. A soldier guarded the entrance to an old run down mine telling me to get a helmet from the nearby merchant. Having my new leather cap, he allowed me to pass.

The cavern was huge. As I was passing through, a soldier trapped in a rundown mining hut asked me for help. I blew up the debris trapping him with some nearby dynamite, and he helped me fight off some zombies. Deeper in the cave, a large battleground of humans and zombies raged. I rushed through, arriving at a large gate.

Upon entering this gate I was greeted with a large hallway leading into a throne room. There, a king told me I was a recruit from Fruma, whose duty was to protect the province of Wynn. I remember him giving me a small scroll, telling me it can transport me instantly to the city I was currently in, Ragni.

I guessed that's who I was. A soldier. But I still didn't understand. I came from Fruma, but I had no memory of this place. For all I knew this king was lying to me, but it's all that I know.

I also saw many others quite like me. Confused and lost. They were running errands for citizens of Ragni. I guessed I should do the same, but first I needed rest. I found a weapon shop just outside the castle and immediately started writing in a journal I bought from a villager. As I am writing this, I noticed I didn't share my name. It is Erin Cariynel. But now I must sleep. I shall conclude this entry saying this, whoever it is who took my memory, will pay.

Honestly, I think it's totally awesome that you are writing the story of your assassin, and I was excited to see this thread show up. I have been doing a similar thing with my mage since I started playing the server (though I have not put her story online). It doesn't follow the "real" player storyline too closely (just for starters, she's not from Fruma or even human), but half the fun is figuring out how to put together the story yourself using what the game gives you. While obviously, you're going to be using lots of the game's lore since it's a Wynncraft story, I don't think you should be afraid to make up your own details outside of the "real" lore if you feel it would make your story better or more fun.

Anyway, I haven't seen many of these stories around, and I'm already interested in yours! I hope to see more chapters/entries in the future and see where this one starts going.
