wait there are actually options wot how do I access that

 

When you open the quest book there is a little gear in the top right next to the close button, clicking that will take you to the options menu.

No problem, and its not your fault, i dont explain things much in the mod :/

 

How do I use all the stuff in the spoilers like the emerald shorten whenever I play emeralds don't have a name and mythic thing exp sidebar exp and cords item locking potions ect ect when I use Wynn expansion none of that works

 

Open the quest book and click the little gear in the top right to access the options menu and just make sure all of the things you want are enabled.
Emerald named are disabled by default and the mythic and legendary announcments wont trigger on identified items, The coordinates by default show when you hold your compas. And to lock items hover over them in your inventory and press F (unless you changed the key binding)

Hope this helps you get everything the way you want it, if theres still stuff your having troubble with say and ill try to help you further

 

Theres 1 problem there is no gear o_o and I can't lock stuff and when I logged in some stuff was pink

 

I have no idea what causes this at all, its been reported here once befour though.
You could try doing the following and hopfully it will solve it:

 

Just re downloaded there's still no gear in the book

 

How does one use forge?

I have no idea what causes this currently, But what forge and WynnExp version are you using?
Also do you use optifine and if so what version are you using?

SHsuperCM's name in the title is spelled incorrectly.

 

I've been using the mod for about 2 weeks now and its been great using it , I've had one issue however being that randomly when im moving items around my inventory (shift clicking or just moving it normally) it locks the item without my doing , my lock key is Comma "," so im fairly certian its not my pressing it .

Im glad you like the mod! :D

As for the locking issues your having. You might have those slots locked and then when you place somthing in them they will lock that item there. The item locks disable temporaraly when accessing your bank. so if you open your bank and move a locked item to another slot, the item will nolonger be locked. However if you place somthing in the old slot it will automaticaly re-lock itself.
If this isnt what your seeing happen then do say and ill look into what could be causing it, hope this helps

 

Thats pretty accurate to whats happening , like a persistant lock on the slot when you move items in the bank
