What we should really focus on is that, according to the Twain lore, the Twain family lived before the outbreak of the corruption which, according to that part of the lore, happened 1000 years ago. Mael Twain, one of the adopted Twain sons, trained Bob in the ways of archery. Soon after the outbreak the Twain brothers went to battle. The other three died, Mael survived but somewhere around this time, he went into hiding and the spirits Mael helped, couldn't get to him, leading to the decay of the Twain mansion and the graveyard behind it.

Bob was 72 when he dissapeared. Before he left, he split his animals over the ocean, Mooington on Skien's Island, Cluckles on Rooster Island, and Baab on Maro Peaks. Those animals are still alive. Nohno even tells the player that Bob personally handed over Cluckles to him.
Tarod, who claims to be a good friend of Bob, is looking for Bob's tomb in Nesaak, also alive.

According to theories, Bob himself is still alive. Well, he never died. Theories backed by the 'Sealed Letters'.
Same goes for Mael. A theory backed by the cutscenes and dialog of the quest "A Grave Mistake".

Marius Twain, the owner of Twain manor and the man adopting the four Twain brothers, died of old age. So aging is a thing.


But how does aging actually work in Wynn?
And how old are Yahya and Nohno?

I think there's a Skien lore par saying" I fought alongside and even surpassed the greatest of heros", the "hero" is probably Bob. Skien got mad after the Villagers started to move into other Wynn towns than Maltic. As for Tarod, he could've first met Bob while Bob was like 50 and he was 20. This makes it long in his view.
As for Mael, he could've disguised himself as alive ( or sent "Elam" ) when training Bob.

 

That would still make Tarod about 900 years old.

Alem is slightly possesed by Mael, by theory, but I don't think Mael is capable of training anyone anything, because he does directly have a soul, nor concience. And in the lore it states specifically that Mael, not any Alem, trained Bob.
