I'll post it here, that way it may be useful for others.
So, after your clue "c is space" i realized that all the letters represent something. As Binary is written in the tag, i decided to try it out.
A = 0
B= 1
C = space

i converted the result into ASCII and got the word
"puzzle"

 

Now that is some amazing logic, very... familiar, but I'm afraid you haven't given me the right answer.

 

I know nothing about how to decode stuff or solve ciphers, what ever there called ;-;

12 -> 24 = +12
5 -> 10 = +5

Update:

I have created a program (using Java) that allows me to encrypt any message easily. One thing I noticed is that multiple letters can have the same encryption.. Which does make sense, besides the point!!
After this is solved (Or when I get bored) I will post this code along with an example. May I note I do not know how to decipher this text.. It's almost impossible. You can however cipher with ease!
