1x blue Quartz (transparent pale blue)
1x banded agate (translucent striped white)
1x rhodochrosite (opaque light pink)
1x malachite (opaque dark green)
1x eye agate (translucent circles of gray)
1x azurite (opaque molten deep blue)

Idk. I literally just rolled the loot tables in the DMG and wrote down exactly what each result is.
