    Heat doesn't use names that that often because of his past. He didn't have a name, so it's hard for him to remember everyone by name.

    Also, speaking of Heat and names. Heat wouldn't have kept the name "Heat" since it reminds him of the people that gave him the name and hid what he truly was from him. He still keeps it because it sounds like "hate" which is something he feels often and the one thing he feels for all those that doubted his power.
