    Today i fight with my friends against Bob and he never gave up the soul for me

    I have Bob Several Times killed but He never dropt the Seal of Approval

    That happens if he dies to his own sword (probably the water one), so make sure you kill all the swords before trying to kill Bob.

    He didn't say that you have to got more than 15% of damage.
    He said that you need to deal 15% of the damages to the boss.

    Either do damage equal to 15% of his health then kill him or kill the water sword first then kill him
