I emailed them, and yes I am fully prepared for a ban on the server and from buycraft.

It's a huge hassle and often costs the server money to do. When you purchase something from a buycraft store, the server only gets part of that donation (most, but not all). The part that buycraft took would have to be paid back to the donor using Wynn's money. Not only that, they have to manually remove ranks and the permissions that come with it or other goods, which is another time sink. I think the ban is so they don't have to interfere with permissions as that can sometimes fuck shit up.

A ban is safer and definitely justified as the server has to pay for someone's uncertainty about a purchase.

These are the full terms of service, which you agreed to when you purchased your rank. On reading this I'm pretty sure that asking the support email for help will not get you banned, given that it's recommended by the terms themselves. I've highlighted the relevant parts.

I'm pretty sure what this bit means is forcing a refund, by contacting your credit card provider, probably with the result that you'd get your money back but keep your purchase. I seriously doubt they'd threaten calling local authorities if all you did was politely ask for a refund.
