Archer/Hunter Help Fire & Water Build

I need help making a Fire and Water build for Archer!
I'd prefer you use Wynndata so I can see that stats, but if you can't it's fine.
Looking for a build that can do high fire damage and high spell dmg with good mana!

i can safely say this is not a good build but im not sure what you want
we talking fire damage and high mana/intel
or water damage with high defense?
