Both mods are nice, and people are allowed to like what they want. I prefer Expansion due to the customization features.
I also like the notifications Expansion gives. I personally stopped using Enhanced when too many updates came out that forced me to update or I couldn't use the mod.
I couldn't really use Enhanced in D-Cave parties whenever someone new would join the party my game would freeze up and I'd die.
Yes, they have similar features, but EHTYCSCYTHE's mod also caters to fixing these lag issues as soon as possible as well as adding new features in when requested.
I've been in calls with him while he works on the mod, he puts a lot of effort into making his mod what it is. He doesn't advertise or tell anyone his mod is better than anyone else's and remains respectable.
If you're that upset over competition you should probably avert your time and energy into making your mod better rather than trying to create problems over someone else's work.

I agree with this, I don't dislike that Expansion take our features and change them into their liking. That's literally how the computer marketing works, by taking inspiration and improving others ideas.
Take Minecraft for example and the Block-based games, Minecraft is usually thought to be the first of its kind, even though Minecraft is actually a copy/clone of the block game Infiniminer (as stated in Notch's Cave Game tech test video).

I don't dislike that people choose one over the other, I don't dislike that one borrow features and/or improves upon them.

One thing I do have to point out though is when it comes to giving credits.
Looking at Wynn Expansion's Curse page it says "Huge credit to SHsuperCM for creating the original mod.". Fine giving credits there, but the fact is that looking at those 2 links after that line, which link to the forum page of that mod. The forum post is from April 7 2017. The other link is to the curse page, and on there it says it was created March 18 2017. This is said by the Wynn Expansion developer to be the absolute "original mod" in the credits, despite its features being in our mod announced ~8 months earlier and released ~5 months earlier.

That's the only thing that's in my way with the mod, other than that I'm not really in any hate or disliking about the mod and in my eyes I don't mind if you use ours or this mod.

If you're upset about originality then you should take a look at the real world :/

Most ideas are inspiration taken from other creators but with a twist/improvement that the original lacked and it's the same case here. There's also the fact that both mods have extremely similar and almost necessary features for wynncrafy (considering that's what the mod was made for). Features like item display, notifications etc are almost essential for any wynncraft mod to have.

If you're as upset as you are right now and willing to go into your competitors' thread to try to start a flame war, you might need to do something else to take your mind off things. It would be detrimental if Apple were to try to harass Samsung or Google because their phones' shared some similarities like a touchscreen no?

I respect your mod and I hope you continue to improve it. I'm glad that you can show some respect towards Expansion even though you're essentially rivals. After all, consumers will pick what they want to use and you can't forcefully change that with words. You can only hope to improve and make your option a better alternative than the competition.

The work you've put into your mod is impressive and I hope you continue with it. I'm happy to hear that you're willing to keep an open mind too, that's awesome and definitely necessary to survive in this world.
