I build a wall around you and you starve inside. I then remove the walls and your body and put my flag on the hill to claim it. I then sit there after tipping off the government that there might be some illegal shit going off at this hill.

 

I plant some hidden guns and lock some small children in trapdoors around the hill as the government arrives. The government arrests the heck out of you and leaves.

I record you locking up children and send the footage to the government. They promptly arrest you.

We break out and assume new identities. Then we promptly arrive at the hill, stab the heck out of you, and are very careful to hide the evidence.

Except the police put trackers in you after, y'know, kidnapping children and breaking out. They track you down, and take you to a more secure jail with no windows.

On the way trying to get to the hill, because it is elevated and covered in inpenetrable glass, my 4 fighter jets wipe you off from existence. Still mine. And i was not on the hill, i was manning a nukegun which shoots nukes which only affect humans, and I was a cyborg from the alien planet technology.

We break out again, because our bond is so strong, some would dare to spread rumors about us. Despite how absolutely disgusting that is, it makes us stronger and gives us stat boosts. We crit all the guards. Then we find the trackers and cut them out. Then we assume a different identity. Then we hike alllllll the way back to the hill. Then we stab you. Then we conceal the evidence. Then we claim the hill. Something tells us this this isn't worth it.

The place is unteleportable, and
Alien tech cant be hacked, it is 1,000 years advanced = Bajillion defense. You blow up and your hacking device does too.

You cant teleport in, so the hill remains safe.

Cool.
I summon my black-hole-in-a-box and throw some antimatter into it.
It expands into an unstoppable, expanding black vortex which destroys everything in existence. The planes, the kingdom, the unbreakable glass and you are all sucked in. Before the hill and I disappear, I use the dimension hopper to switch into an alternate dimension, where I also have the hill. I pull the hill through the hill through the dimension hopper's portal with help from myself and a chain, and close off the portal before anything else can get through.

Everyone else still exists in this world, except now there are two of me (who both respawn infinitely). We simultaneously agree to work together as a team forever, and destroy the alternate dimensions hill, leaving the one hill. We install anti-mind control tech into each other, and make a pact to always have possession of the hill.
