Mage/Dark Wizard Help Me Improve This Vip+ Edgelord Build!

I made a build that people think is crap, i want to improve it and i know i easily can, here, I'll tell you the items i chose and why I chose them, hopefully you can help without changing the build's purpose, and if its' purpose needs to be changed, hopefully it can still serve a similar purpose.

Third eye & Memento - i have a godly third eye (seriously, might be the best one on the server...) and a very good, almost maxed memento, i wanted to build on them a water/air, mana, spell damage, and loot bonus build - a multipurpose set designed for both fighting and looting chests, all while trying to maintain a good walkspeed, throwing these out for something else is not an option for me.

discoverer - I wanted to weave in a discoverer into my build for 2 reasons
1. Its trash, nobody wants to buy it but people are desperate to sell, which in turn means i can get it for little to no stacks of le if I'm a good barginer.
2. It has good loot bonus, covering my loot bonus need altogether, Replacing these is fine, as long as you can find an alternative with enough loot bonus along with a set to replace it.

Hexed Amulet - I chose hexed amulet for the loot bonus and xp bonus, mainly xp bonus but if replacing Discoverer, it will be needed for the loot bonus too.

Diamond Hydro Bracelet - This bracelet weaves in with my third eye and memento quite nicely, everything about it seems appealing for my set, i wouldn't want to replace it unless there is a better alternative based around water with good mana regen/steal.

Thanos Legionnaire Leggings - Agility, Ws, Air damage, Air defense... 40 agility required? Deal!.... wait wait wait... scrap that... you didn't get it over Vaward because you can get a guarenteed good one for only 12 le did you?.... umm... y...you too..? seriously though, this also fits quite nicely, Vaward would work just as well only that it doesn't have a specific focus on air and no walkspeed, it doesn't have an xp bonus or loot bonus either, though the added health might be more useful, again, it all depends on Discoverer being there or not.

The build's purpose is part xp, though, thats on the side - the main build purpose is mana/loot bonus water/air.
xp can be easily gained using "???" set, not that i did it yet buuutttt......

 

I dont get what you are trying to get out of this build? Xp? Loot bonus? Mana regen? I DONT UNDERSTAND

thats exactly why i want it, I personally think its good but other people I know hate it, think its trash, this stereotype about it and builds around it mean I can get it for only a couple of le stacks (though I'm broke atm) even though its actually good.

 

Its good for loot builds
Nobody needs that loot bonus normally

 

Good for loot bonus, that is. You wont be able to get it for "a couple of le stacks" unless you rip off someone new to the market.

If you want a build that will keep you alive, then I recommend using that le on a weapon and chestplate that wont put you (and your walkspeed) at a disadvantage. Save the loot gear for a separate build.
