"It uses the same material we use for prosthetics, so you have to be careful moving it since it's flexible."

 

"I wasn't really planning on moving it anyways."

 

"Just saying."

 

"Well, it's good to know stuff."

 

"True..."

 

"So, back to the Void Palace or should we keep exploring?"

 

"I'm tired. Emerald has more leads than we do." Linoa admits.

 

"Okay. Let's go back, then."

 

Linoa opens a portal, yawning.

 

Crystal hops through the portal, waiting for Linoa.

 

She comes through shortly after, and the pair are in the bunk room.

 

Louis looks behind him to make sure the portal is still there.

 

"So, do people have beds specifically for them here?"

 

It is, his hometown still visible on the other side.
"My good friend won't let that portal close until you're back on the other side of it. Promise." Alice thinks.

"Not really. But, Xlentia being Xlentia, each bed is big enough for two people, which means that pretty much anyone can be assigned any bed and be fine with it."

 

"I...I..." Louis tries to say, but can't get the words out.

 

"Woah..."
Crystal seems to think about something.

 

"Hey, it's okay. Not everyone gets to see a goddess' library." Alice reassures, trying to read Louis' mind for his thoughts.


Sapphire takes her mask off at the shadow palace gates.
"Hey, is Aj in the game room?" She asks, smiling.

Linoa lets Crystal fantasize as she heads to her bunk.

 

Crystal starts going after Linoa, before deciding otherwise and trotting over to Xlentia's chambers.

 

Louis just seems to be panicking, his mind flickering between doubts of what he's seeing and coming to terms with it if it is.


"He's currently out on an expedition on Earth." The guard says.

 

Her chamber doors are wide open, though she runs out to chase after a gold coin that's rolling away.

"Awh... when will he be back? Emily was planning a surprise party." She asks, annoyed.
